#1 – The Whistler Studio
The Whistler Studio is my number one studio recommendation in the Des Moines Area! Why? The Whistler Studio has amazing lighting and ample space for Iowa photoshoots of any kind! I have personally used this space for bridal shoots and engagement sessions. Other features of the Whistler studio to keep in mind are the diverse backdrops. You can’t go wrong with renting out this studio space in Iowa!

Cost to Book: $135 for 2 hours, $225 for 4 hours, $300 for 6 hours, $350 for 8 hours.
#2 – The Creative Co. Studio
The Creative Co studio is another Des Moines photography studio space for rent. It’s actually co-owned by an incredible team of Iowa photographers – so you know the space is great for photoshoots! With a diverse range of backgrounds and an overall cozy vibe, you’re sure to love the Creative Co.

Cost to Book: $100 for 1 hour, $200 for 2 hours, $250 for 3 hours, $300 for 4 hours.
#3 – Rowan Studio
Rowan Studio is another photography studio in Des Moines. With an industrial feel and amazing lighting, this simple studio space is perfect for small shoots like maternity or boudoir!

Cost to Book: $55 per 1 hour.
#4 – Water House Studios
Water House DSM is a beautiful, simple studio in Des Moines! Not only is it rentable for photoshoots, but can also host various types of events!

#5 – Cedar and Fawn Collective
Cedar and Fawn Collective is a brand new studio located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa! This area had such a need for a photography studio, and I’m so glad these two photographers decided to open one! The studio space is very industrial and hands down stunning!! Can you imagine a photoshoot at this Cedar Rapids studio?

Cost to Book: Weekdays – $100 for 2 hours. Weekends – $150 for 2 hours.
#6 – Studio Surge
Studio Surge is a studio space in Davenport, Iowa opening soon by a good friend of mine! I am so excited to see this Iowa photography studio come together!
