because in all honesty - this day is about you starting your forever and all of your people surrounding you. it's about the joy and the happy tears and the dancing like no ones watching. it's about the real smiles - not the overly posed ones.
is investing in a wedding photographer even worth it?
Your wedding day is probably the only day where all of the most important people in your life are under the same roof. You spend months and months planning the perfect day. Not to mention the importance of your wedding day (which I think so easily gets lost!). To me, it would be an utter disservice to both you and I to merely show up and take the same photos everyone else does.
Spending an entire day posing you and forcing moments rather than just allowing you to live in them would go against every grain in my storytelling heart. Which is why my approach and the entire experience I've worked hard to create ensures that you are at the center. It ensures that you are able to be fully present on your wedding day, knowing that I will be there to capture your day and your love story in its truest form. Honestly, investing in just any wedding photographer isn't worth it. BUT investing in someone like me - someone who cares about your moments and is experienced in documenting them intentionally with you two at the center is worth a hundred fold.
Ultimately, investing in my team and I to document your day is worth it if preserving memories and having an album of your sweetest moments and favorite people long after both you and them are gone is worth every penny.

From the time of booking up until before your wedding day, we strive to know our couples on a deeper level. In order to document your love story, we have to learn it. Which is why as an ASP couple, you'll be so much more than a client - you'll be a friend.

The way we approach your day includes a mix of documentary style photography as well as storytelling. What this means is simple: we pay attention to the details, the personalities, and the story of the day and strive to photograph your wedding day just like it felt.

The day is finally approaching!! The one you've been dreaming of for forever!! The day where all your favorite people are gathered in the same room for probably the only time in your entire life. (crazy, right?) The day you'll soon look back on forever with the fondest of memories. The day you can't help but remember with the biggest, cheesiest smile on your face. The most sacred, special, and pivotal days of your life.
The day is almost here where you'll step into the dress you've been dreaming about and say vows to the person you'll spend the rest of your life with.
There will be tears and dancing and all of your favorite things + it will be the absolute BEST day ever! (I pinky promise).
But, that day is only 24 hours.
And as much as I wish I could freeze that moment in time (more than you know) - it's impossible. So, instead, I do the next best thing: I take those moments (each and every one I possibly can) and document them so you can hold them + cherish them forever and ever. And one day, you'll be able to pass down those memories to your kids and your kids' kids. Because memories like the ones you're about to have? And a love story like yours? It deserves to be captured.
