When it comes to finding the perfect engagement photographer, there are so many styles to choose from. So, why a documentary style photographer? Is it a good fit for you?
Let’s unpack some reasons you may want to hire a documentary photographer for your Houston, Texas engagement!
Firstly, documentary photography simply means to tell a story as is. To photograph the feelings and emotions. While this style may not be for everyone, as a Texas photographer, I love it because it creates the most authentic imagery. You know, those kind of photos your grandkids will want of you some day.
Secondly, this style of photography avoids any poses that don’t feel like you. It’s so common these days to get swept away in the latest trends, but what really matters to you in your photos? How do you want to celebrate your season of engagement?
